Spanish Vowels

A corpus designed to study the acoustic of Spanish vowels spoken in Lima.

Data was collected using a recorder TASCAM-DR40 and a microphone Shure WH-30 XLR. Recording properties are 44KHz and 16 bits. Annotation files are also provided in Praat native format, TextGrids. These files include information at segment, syllable and word levels.

Speakers who helped me with this corpus were born and grew up in Lima. They were aged 20-30 at the time of the recordings.
